The students will have a rare opportunity today to meet with some of the cast members of Riverdance while it’s briefly in town for 2 shows. Riverdance is one of the shows that put Irish dance on the world map. The owner of the Academy, Marty Dowds, is also a former Riverdance lead dancer. This meet and greet is one of the last of it’s kind as this promises to be the last North American tour for a while.
